Red Rocks, Nevada
After having a couple freezing days with snow flurries in Maple we decided to head South in search of warmer weather. We are now in Red Rocks which is just about 15 minutes outside of Las Vegas, the climbing is amazing and so are the temperatures. Unfortunately we haven't been able to climb in the main area of the park due to the government shutdown (please open the parks back up soon!!) but we are having fun exploring and climbing in some of the more remote areas. The rock here is awesome, every surface is banded with iron creating the most stunning stripes. Here are some pictures from our past few days here:
